Republican vice-presidential nominee Mike Pence signed a hat held by Kathy Miller for her son at a rally at Leetonia High School. Miller, in the front row for Wednesday’s event, resigned Sept. 22 as Donald Trump’s Mahoning County campaign chairwoman and as a GOP member of the Electoral College.
