BANKING

The Home Mortgage Lending Team at Farmers National Bank has hired two new mortgage loan consultants: Joseph King and Ken Meyer.

King joins Farmers with 20 years of experience in the mortgage lending industry, providing customers with residential and construction financing. King previously worked at two other large financial institutions.

Meyer is a 30-year veteran of the home-mortgage industry. He has worked with homebuyers and home builders to find the right mortgage program to fit their needs. Meyer previously served in a leadership role at a local community bank, as well as positions with other large and small financial institutions.

In their roles at Farmers, King will serve customers out of the Howland Branch, and Meyer will work with customers out of the Fairlawn Branch.

UTILITY

Aqua Ohio has named Diane L. McConnell as the company’s new regional engineer.

She comes to Aqua from Williams Northeast, where she served as a senior permitting specialist and senior engineer for operations in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia and Ohio. McConnell’s responsibilities at Aqua will include infrastructure planning and execution, staff oversight and control of all the company’s engineering functions in Ohio.
