YOUNGSTOWN — Police said one of two men in a car that crashed while fleeing Boardman police this afternoon has been caught.
City police said the car crashed about 2:30 p.m. at Glenwood and Ferndale avenues. A police spokesman said he did not know why the car was being chased.
Some utility wires were knocked down in the crash but there were no serious injuries.
