COLUMBUS
Glen Rader officiated at the 6 p.m. April 23 wedding ceremony at Ohio Stadium at Ohio State University for Dr. Molly McLaughlin and Jason Beutel. A reception followed at the Huntington Club at the stadium.
Thomas McLaughlin of Austintown and the late Janet McLaughlin are the parents of the bride, and Mary Brubaker Beutel of Kent and the late Dr. Charles Beutel are the parents of the groom.
After a wedding trip to Cancun, Mexico, the couple reside in Kent.
Mrs. Beutel earned a degree in biology from Xavier University and a doctor of dental surgery degree from Ohio State University. She is a dentist at AxessPointe Community Health Center in Akron.
Mr. Beutel graduated from Kenyon College with a bachelor’s degree in economics. He is a practice manager for Memorial Animal Hospital in Kent.
The bride wore a long-sleeve ivory, lace, floor-length gown adorned with an embellished belt.
Bridesmaids, wearing scarlet dresses, were Maegan McLaughlin, Abigail Rader and Kaylee McLaughlin, nieces of the bride; and Corinne and Camille Beutel, daughters of the groom. The bride’s niece, Gabrielle Rader, was flower girl.
Groomsmen were Thomas Rader, the bride’s nephew; and Charlie Beutel, the groom’s son.
