HOWLAND — Commonwealth Avenue, between Larchmont Avenue and North River Road, will be closed today and Thursday for culvert replacement being performed by Foust Construction Inc., said the Trumbull County Engineer's Office.
The recommended detour route is north on Larchmont and east on North River Road.
