Theater students present showcase

YOUNGSTOWN

The Alpha Psi Omega national theater honor society chapter at Youngstown State University will present a student showcase at 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday in Spotlight Theater, inside Bliss Hall.

The first part of the performance will feature songs, scenes and dances from classes and performances featured at the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival Region 2 Cabaret. “Dead Man’s Apartment,” a one-act play, will follow. Admission is $5.

Students involved in the showcase are Cameron Beebe, Ben Bogen, Quincy Carrier Josh Crank, Shanon Coleman, Alli Dolphin, Stefon Funderburke, Claudia Gage, Aaron Gutauckas, Katie Jerome, Molly Lukehart, Amanda Marker, Zara Markman, Jude Mikulich, Brooke Nobbs, Jack Rusk and Angelique Tanner. The play cast includes Lukehart, Crank, Tanner and Wesley Miller.
