YOUNGSTOWN — The body of a man found about 1:30 a.m. today is the city's third homicide of 2016.
Chief of Detectives Capt. Brad Blackburn said the 22-year-old man was found shot to death in the roadway on Oak Street Extension, about 100 yards from Oak Street on the city's East Side.
Blackburn said the man's name will be released when his family is notified.
