2 Valley centers receive fed funding to treat opiod abuse, addiction

YOUNGSTOWN — Ohio North East Health Systems Inc. in Youngstown and Community Action Agency of Columbiana County Inc. in Lisbon were among the 15 Ohio health centers that received a total of more than $5 million in funding from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for the treatment of opioid abuse and addiction.

A total of $325,000 was awarded to Ohio North East Health Systems, 726 Wick Ave., and $325,000 awarded to Community Action Agency of Columbiana County, 7880 Lincole Place.
