YOUNGSTOWN — A man was taken this morning to St Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital after reports said he walked into the lobby of WFMJ television on Boardman Street about 9:30 a.m. with a gas can and lighter and then walked across the street to the police department garage and walked inside.
The man asked a department employee for gas before officers arrived and took him into custody without incident.
