CLINTON YOUNGSTOWN VISIT | Clinton apologizes for tardiness, lauds US Rep. Tim Ryan

YOUNGSTOWN — Hillary Clinton, the Democratic presidential nominee, says, "It is so great being with you," to the crowd at East High School.

She apologized for being about three hours late saying, thunderstorms slowed them down. She said, "I am just the biggest fan of your congressman, Tim Ryan."

She said they are both dedicated to bringing back the middle class.
