Women in Entrepreneurship program receives donation

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR The Community Foundation of the Mahoning Valley Fund for Women and Girls recently presented a check for more than $14,000 to the Women in Entrepreneurship program at Youngstown Business Incubator.
