Mark and Barb Oles of Poland are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Christina Oles of Poland, to Scott Denham II of Canfield. The parents of the prospective groom are Scott and Darlene Denham of Curtice, Ohio.
A ceremony is planned for 2 p.m. on Oct. 1 at St. Columba Cathedral in Youngstown. A reception will be at 6 p.m. at Antone’s Banquet Center in Boardman. Invitations will be issued for both events.
The bride-elect graduated summa cum laude from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She also earned a master’s degree in business administration at YSU. She is an Ohio regional marketing director for Cafaro Co. in Niles.
Mr. Denham graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in biology from YSU. He works for Hull & Associates Inc., Bedford, Ohio, as an environmental consultant.
