4 jailed in fatal shooting of teen in southwest Ohio suburb

WEST CHESTER, Ohio (AP) — Authorities say they have arrested a total of four suspects in the fatal shooting of an 18-year-old man at his home in southwest Ohio township earlier this week.

West Chester police say Tyler Kassow died in a hospital after being wounded Wednesday afternoon. An 18-year-old suspect was arrested initially.

Today, authorities announced the arrest of a 20-year-old man and two 19-year-old men who allegedly were involved in the plot that ended with Kassow dead.

Police say two suspects with ski masks forced their way into the home and scuffled with Kassow, who was shot once in the head. Two other suspects were waiting in a car nearby, and the four fled together.

Police have not discussed a motive.
