City offices: Closed Monday.
County offices: Closed Monday.
State offices: Closed Monday.
Federal offices: Closed Monday. No mail delivery.
Schools: Youngstown, Warren, Niles, Salem, Sharon, New Castle, Youngstown Diocese, closed through Tuesday.
Universities: Youngstown State, closed through Jan. 8; Kent State University at Trumbull and Eastern Gateway Community College, closed through Jan. 16.
Western Reserve Transit Authority: Closed Monday.
Public libraries: Youngstown-Mahoning County, Kinsman Free Public Library, Girard Free Library; Newton Falls Public Library, closed today through Monday; Hubbard Public Library, closed Monday; Bristol Public Library, Bristolville, McKinley Memorial Library, Niles, closed through Monday; Warren-Trumbull, closed Sunday and Monday.
Stock market: Stifel Nicolaus, closed Monday.
