YOUNGSTOWN — Police are on the scene where a man reported being shot in the leg shortly past 8:30 p.m. in the 400 block of Parkcliff Avenue on the city's South Side.
The victim was being treated at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital, where police were sent to question him.
