City offices: Youngstown, Warren, Niles, Salem, Sharon, New Castle, closed Monday; Newton Falls Municipal Court, closed Monday.
County offices: Mahoning, closed Monday; Trumbull, closed Monday; Columbiana, Mercer, closed Monday; Lawrence, closed through Tuesday.
State offices: Closed Friday and Monday.
Federal offices: Closed Monday. No mail delivery Monday.
Schools: Youngstown, Warren; Niles, Salem, Sharon, New Castle, Youngstown Diocese, closed through Jan. 2.
Universities: Youngstown State, closed through Jan. 8; Kent State University at Trumbull, Eastern Gateway Community College, closed through Jan. 16.
Western Reserve Transit Authority (WRTA): Closed Sunday and Monday.
Public libraries: Youngstown-Mahoning County, Warren-Trumbull, Girard Free Library, closed today through Monday; Kinsman Free Public Library, Hubbard Public Library, Bristol Public Library, Bristolville, McKinley Memorial Library, Niles, closed through Monday; Newton Falls Public Library, closed today through Monday.
