Past Lions district governor receives appreciation award

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Bob Whited, left, of the Austintown Lions, past district governor of the Ohio Lions District 13 OH4, recently received a certificate of appreciation for fulfilling the mission of Lions Clubs International from immediate past district governor Bob Allgood of East Liverpool. Last year, Whited helped found the First Charter Club in Ohio during the Lions Centennial Year.
