The Trumbull County Farm Bureau has set its annual meeting for Aug. 18 at Enzo’s Restaurant & Lounge, 2918 Elm Road NE, beginning with a candidate’s reception at 6 p.m. followed by a buffet dinner at 6:30 p.m.
The purpose of the meeting is to highlight 2016, set policies for 2017, elect county board members and OFBF delegates, vote on proposed code of regulations changes and recognize 2016 scholarship recipients.
Current members in attendance will be eligible for the drawing for a 2017 membership in honor of the Ray & Jean Davis Memorial Membership Award.
Tickets are $15 each. The event is open to the public.
