Trio face charges in Ferndale Avenue burglary

YOUNGSTOWN — Two women and a man were arrested about 8:10 p.m. Wednesday after reports said the women tried to force their way inside a home next to theirs in the 400 block of Ferndale Avenue to fight some other women inside that home.

Reports said the suspects broke a glass window in the door with a cement block, tried to hit the people inside with a crowbar and threw bleach on the victims.

They were arrested on burglary charges.

The man was arrested for keeping an officer from talking to the women who were arrested and he then later tried to bribe an officer, reports said.

All three are expected to be arraigned this afternoon in municipal court.
