'Bike Life' organizer pleads guilty in Warren case

WARREN — Trevor Hall, 22, of Buena Vista Avenue Northeast, the organizer of a “bike life” event in August that produced criminal charges against Hall and six others, has pleaded guilty to two counts of failure to comply with the orders of a police officer and receiving stolen property.

Hall is the last of the seven people, most from outside of Trumbull County, to plead guilty. Sentencing will be held later. Hall could get several years in prison or probation.

Hall promoted the event on social media, and roughly 70 people arrived in Trumbull County Aug. 30 to participate, driving off-road four-wheelers and off-road motorcycles on public roads.

Some were seen doing “wheelies” and taking up all lanes of travel, including lanes coming in the opposite direction on Youngstown Road, and refusing to stop for police with lights and sirens activated.

A dash-cam video showed some of the participants waiving and taunting police as they proceeded through various parts of Trumbull County.
