Want to talk to Mayor McNally? You can do so for 5 minutes Tuesday

YOUNGSTOWN — Mayor John A. McNally has scheduled a five-minutes-with-the-mayor session beginning at 5 p.m. Tuesday in McNally’s office in Youngstown City Hall, 26 S. Phelps St. Residents are invited to meet with the mayor to ask questions and voice concerns about issues in the city.
