Plant sale at school

Beloit

The West Branch High School Environmental Club is hosting a plant sale fundraiser through April 29. Members have partnered with Rivers Bend Farm Market, which is supplying the plants for the sale.

A variety of annuals, perennials, vegetables, specialty fruits, themed flower trays and hanging baskets are for sale in trays, pots or mixes. A complete list of available plants can be found at www.westbranch.k12.oh.us.

Gift cards for Rivers Bend Farm Market also are available in any amount.

To place an order, download a plant-sale order form at www.westbranch.k12.oh.us and return it to the high school. Orders can be placed through April 29 and will be available for pickup May 4 at the high school, 14277 S. Main St.

Donations sought

Mercy Community Church is seeking donations of gently used clothing for an upcoming clothing distribution from 1 to 5 p.m. April 24 at Stambaugh Charter Academy building, 2420 Donald Ave., on the city’s West Side. The clothing distribution will take place from 1 to 5 p.m. May 22 at Stambaugh.
