Ohio man killed after falling from Cleveland overlook ID’d


CLEVELAND (AP) — A man who fell to his death from an overlook in downtown Cleveland has been identified.

The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office today said the man who died Friday afternoon was 35-year-old Davor Novak. He died at a hospital after falling over a rail along a steep overlook near the Cleveland Convention Center.

Authorities are investigating. Officials have told media outlets that Novak’s death appears to be an accident.

Cleveland.com has reported that Novak and his family fled to Berlin from war-torn Yugoslavia during the 1990s before settling in the U.S.
