Hillary Clinton talked about support for her husband Bill Clinton's 1990s crime bill that critics say caused much of "the mass incarceration problem" in America.

“ ... There were some decisions that were made that we must revisit and we need to correct," she said, including prison sentences that got too lengthy. "I'm sorry for the consequences that were unintended."
