Dominic and Tara (Mshar) Vigarino of Austintown are announcing the birth of their son, Dominic “Nico” Michael, on Feb. 23 at Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. He is the grandson of John and Nancy Mshar of Youngstown and Ralph and Mary Vigarino of Boardman. Great-grandparents are Anthony and Maryetta Amicone of Youngstown.
