AUSTINTOWN — A handgun was stolen from a man's vehicle over the weekend.
The resident of the 6000 block of Herons Circle reported his gun stolen — it was in his glovebox — at 10:25 p.m. Saturday.
He told police it was taken from his car sometime between 8 p.m. Friday and 10 p.m. Saturday. The resident told police he usually leaves his car unlocked and there were no signs of forced entry.
The monetary value on the handgun stolen was not known.
