GIRARD — A Hubbard woman pleaded not guilty to charges of driving under the influence and possessing dangerous drugs at her arraignment Monday in Girard Municipal Court.

Liberty police stopped Jacqueline Tate, 51, of Hubbard near Logan Avenue on Thursday in response to a vehicle "driving all over the road," a police report states.

According to the report, Tate failed a series of sobriety tests and had suspected Xanax and Valium pills in her purse. Tate had recently been released from Trumbull County Jail and was on probation, police said.
