honored

John S. Gulas, chief executive officer of Los Alamos National Bank, was recognized by Albuquerque Business First as one of the Top CEOs of 2015.

The publication honored 20 CEOs from a variety of industries including business services, health, nonprofit and technology. Out of the 20 honorees, one will be recognized in each category. The CEOs were nominated by the public and then asked to submit an application, which were then evaluated by judges. The Top CEOs will be recognized on Oct. 22 at the Albuquerque Convention Center.

Gulas is the former CEO and president of Canfield-based Farmers National Banc. Corp. and its subsidiary. He also served as Farmers’ chief operating officer and executive vice president.
