The Jenkinses mark anniversary on trip to Hawaii

On a family vacation in July to Maui, Hawaii, Mr. and Mrs. Roger Jenkins of Franklin, Pa., marked their 45th wedding anniversary.

Their daughter and her husband, Wendy and Jaison Fisher of Boardman hosted an anniversary dinner at the Hula Grill, Whalers Village on Ka’anapali Beach. Their grandchildren, Alexandria and Krystopher Baklarz of Boardman also attended.

The former Jane Nasky and Mr. Jenkins were married July 18, 1970, in Holy Redeemer Church in Warren, Pa.

Mrs. Jenkins recently retired after 35 years of service in Valley Grove School District. Mr. Jenkins is retired from the U.S. Postal Service, where he was a letter carrier and union steward. He is secretary of the Pennsylvania State Association of Letter Carriers.

The couple are members of Grace Lutheran Church in Franklin.
