Niles woman faces drug charges after arrest in Poland


POLAND  — A Niles woman faces multiple drug-related charges after township police arrested her Wednesday during a traffic stop at U.S. Route 224 and Riverside Drive.

Pamela Morgan, 44, is charged with possession of a schedule III, IV or V substance and or heroin; possession of drug-abuse instruments; and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police reportedly found syringes containing suspected heroin, a metal spoon with suspected heroin residue, a glass crack pipe with suspected cocaine residue, a shoe lace fashioned into a tourniquet and Suboxone in the vehicle, according to a report. 

Morgan was released on a summons and is scheduled to appear Friday in Struthers Municipal Court.
