Youngstown man faces kidnapping charge for threatenting female

YOUNGSTOWN — Police arrested a 23-year-old city man early Monday morning after a young woman said he held her against her will in a vehicle and threatened to kill her if she would not have sex with him.

Lester Walker is in the Mahoning County jail on charges of kidnapping and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Police arrested him about 3:50 a.m. Monday outside a home in the 400 block of East Boston Avenue on the South Side.

Police were called to the home for a kidnapping and when they arrived they found Walker walking outside the house and took him into custody. He was arrested after police interviewed the young woman.
