Author, illustrator releases new book
HERMITAGE, PA.
Local artist and author Kendall Farrell recently released her book, “Odd Otter.” It follows a troubled Todd the otter as he learns about wisdom, pride, independence and healing from a salmon, stag and frog, and regains his carefree nature.
Farrell is a freelance artist of portraits and drawings, using digital mediums as well as pencil, charcoal and oil paints.
She illustrates books for other authors and also commissions woodcarvings.
Her work has been displayed at the Trumbull Art Gallery.
