Pa. man killed in accident in Kinsman

KINSMAN — A Jamestown, Pa., man was killed today when the farm tractor he was driving, towing farm equipment, overturned on state Route 5 near Ward North Road.

Killed was David A. Yoder, 25, who was westbound on Route 5 when the one-vehicle accident occurred about 5:18 p.m., according to the Warren Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Yoder was operating a tractor when the equipment he was towing struck a guardrail end, causing the tractor to overturn onto its side and eject Yoder. The road was closed for about two hours. The patrol continues to investigate.
