Wallethub.com has compiled its list of Best Foodie Cities for Your Wallet. To find the most-affordable culinary scenes in the country, Wallethub analyzed the 150 most-populated cities across 18 key metrics, ranging from the cost of groceries to the number of restaurants per capita. Pittsburgh ranked No. 14, and Cleveland No. 50. Here are the top five:

v Portland, Ore.: Tied with San Francisco and Seattle for most coffee shops per capita.

v Orlando, Fla.: Topped the list of most ice cream and frozen yogurt shops per capita.

v San Francisco: City by the Bay has two times as many restaurants per capita than Laredo, Texas.

v Oakland, Calif.: Tied with San Francisco in most restaurants per capita.

v Seattle: Ranked third in most craft breweries and wineries per capita.

“Nature” (8 p.m., PBS): Wildlife filmmakers present elephant footage from Botswana.

“The Brain with Dr. David Eagleman” (10 p.m., PBS): On AMC, this would be a zombie show.

“American Horror Story: HOTEL” (10 P.M., FX): “AHS: Hotel” continues its ghastly run. Tonight, fashion designer Will Drake tries to bring a touch of couture to the creepy Hotel Cortez, and a model catches the eye of the Countess (Lady Gaga).
