The last defendant in a Struthers home invasion has been sentenced to four years in prison.
Marc L. Cooper, 20, of Deer Creek Drive, Struthers, who earlier had pleaded guilty to felonious assault with a firearm specification and burglary, drew the sentence Wednesday from Judge Shirley J. Christian of Mahoning County Common Pleas Court.
The invasion occurred April 10 at an Oakland Boulevard residence. Three men took 17 guns and the homeowner’s prescription medication. The homeowner suffered head injuries and a stab wound to his left arm.
