Students at Canfield Village Middle School celebrated Spirit Week Oct. 26-30. The students were encouraged to participate by dressing up in different themes on designed days.

Monday was Color Day as each grade was assigned a color to wear. Students also decorated their respective hallways with a variety of colored decorations.

Tuesday was Favorite Team Day, during which students dressed to support their favorite sports team. Wednesday was Red and Black Day, when students dressed to show their school spirit. Thursday was a Pink Out, during which students were encouraged to wear pink to support breast cancer awareness. Friday was Costume Day with students coming to school dressed in a Halloween costume.

“This is a fun week for the kids. It’s nice to see them having fun and getting in the spirit on each day of Spirit Week,” said Michael Flood, CVMS assistant principal.
