The second of three suspects in the Nov. 14 shooting death of 33-year-old Thomas Owens was taken into custody today
Jawonn Hymes, 25, was taken into custody about 9 a.m. in Farrell, Pa., by the U S. Marshals fugitive task force.
Owens was shot and killed while he was sitting in a car in the 500 block of West Myrtle Avenue.
One suspect is already in custody. Police are still searching for a third.
