Indiana State beats YSU, 27-24

TERRE HAUTE, IND. — Eric Heidorn kicked a 38-yard field goal as time expired as Indiana State beat Youngstown State, 27-24, on Saturday in the season finale for both teams.

YSU's Jody Webb returned two kickoffs for touchdowns and scored another TD from scrimmage, but the Penguins' only other score was a Zak Kennedy field goal.

The teams were tied at 21 at halftime.
