SALEM — Effective immediately, the office phone number for Salem Orthopaedic Surgery, 1995 E. State St., has been changed to 330-332-7840.

Salem Orthopaedic Surgery is the practice location of orthopaedic surgeons Lee T. Simon and Dominic J. Peters. Anyone wishing to contact the office of Dr. Simon and Dr. Peters should use this new number.
