Jury finds Hopkins guilty in 2013 murder case

YOUNGSTOWN — Jurors in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court have found 38-year-old Anthony Hopkins guilty of aggravated murder of the Sept. 28, 2013 murder of Frank James Brown.

Jurors informed Judge Shirley J. Christian about 2:35 p.m. they had reached their decision. They began deliberating late Thursday afternoon.

Brown's body was found on Truesdale Avenue

Jurors began hearing testimony on Tuesday.
