Cash, cards, computer taken from unlocked vehicle

Several thefts-from-auto and attempted thefts-from-auto were reported in the township Tuesday.

Early Tuesday morning, police responded to Hunters Ridge in reference to a theft-from-auto. 

The victim reported that someone stole cash, gift cards and a laptop computer from her unlocked vehicle sometime since Monday night. 

Police responded to a nearby area later that morning for a report from a Hunters Cove resident that someone had smashed out a window of her car and stolen her purse. 

A brick was discovered on the driver's seat, according to a report. 

Tuesday night, police responded to the area of Chester and Jennette drives in reference to three suspicious males wearing black clothing and ski masks walking around.

It then was discovered, according to a police report, that someone had entered and rifled through the contents of an unlocked vehicle on Windsor Drive.
