The Boardman Cheddar’s Casual Cafe, located at 7327 Market St. has closed.
“As Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen grows as a brand, we continue to make strategic decisions about where to open new restaurants and which ones to close,” said Chris Enright, regional vice president of operations at Cheddar’s Scratch, in a statement. “After great consideration, we made the business decision to close our Youngstown restaurant on Nov. 16.”
The family-dining franchise opened in 2012 outside of the Southern Park Mall as the third Cheddar’s restaurant to open in Ohio.
The location, a 9,000-square-foot spot, was constructed near the Chili’s restaurant.
