YOUNGSTOWN — Police have charged a Winona Avenue man for the shooting death on the South Side on Saturday.
Desmond Kinbrough, 36, is in the Mahoning County jail on $1 million bond after he was arraigned today in municipal court by Magistrate Eugene Fehr.
Kimbrough is charged with the death of Christopher Anderson, no age available, who was found shot to death beside his car in the 2200 block of Montclair Avenue.
Kimbrough was also wounded in the same shooting.
