Driver cited in accident that shut down westbound I-80 ramp to Route 11


AUSTINTOWN

Sufina DiFrangia, 81, of Youngstown, was cited by the Ohio State Highway Patrol in the Tuesday morning accident that shut down the Interstate 80 westbound ramp to state Route 11.

DiFrangia is cited for improper lane change in her Toyota Corolla, which caused tractor-trailer driver Scott Stillman, 59, of Copley, and her own car to go off the road and roll over.

Stillman was transported to St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital to be treated for nonlife-threatening injuries. DiFrangia was not treated for injuries.
