AUSTINTOWN — An undetermined amount of money was taken from a township hotel during the holiday weekend.
A police report said the cash was taken from an office at the Clarkins Drive Comfort Inn sometime between 4 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. Monday. Deposit slips were found without their cash.
The theft was reported about 9:30 a.m. Monday. There was no sign of forced entry. There was a cracked-open window and a security camera was unplugged.
