Miss Relay for Life Pageant photogenic winners

Submitted | Neighbors.The MC for the 2015 Miss Relay Pageant will be Elena Yemma, the reigning 2015 Miss Poland from the Miss Ohio US International Pageant, where she was voted Miss Congeniality. She is currently attending Youngstown State University, where she is majoring in education.

Submitted | Neighbors.Miss Daniela Cabrera was named Miss Relay for Life Photogenic for the age group 13 – 18. She will be attending the University of Illinois Chicago as an NCAA Div 1 scholarship athlete.

The Poland Relay for Life has announced its Miss Relay Pageant Photogenic winners, who were Ariana Aleese (Little Miss Photogenic, age groups 0–6), Hayley Stilson (Young Miss Photogenic, age groups 7–12) and Daniela Cabrera (Miss Relay for Life Photogenic, age groups 13–18).

Cabrera is 18-years-old and a senior honor student from Oconomowoc High School, in Oconomowoc, Wis., graduating with a 4.3 GPA. Formerly from Cortland, Cabrera was an active member of the Youngstown Y Neptunes swim team, and a state finalist swimmer for her high school swim team. Majoring in engineering, Cabrera will be attending the University of Illinois Chicago as an NCAA Div 1 scholarship athlete, having received $106,000 in athletic and academic scholarships.

The MC for the 2015 Miss Relay Pageant will be Elena Yemma, the reigning 2015 Miss Poland from the Miss Ohio US International Pageant, where she was voted Miss Congeniality. Her platform was Take a Stand: Bullying Stops Here. Miss Yemma is an avid figure skater and helps coach the Learn to Skate program at the Ice Zone Skate Rink. She is currently attending Youngstown State University, majoring in education.

The Poland Relay for Life Miss Relay Pageant will take place at the Poland Seminary High School Stadium on June 13 at 2:30 p.m.
