Members of the Mahoning Valley Dahlia Society are preparing for the annual plant sale from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. or until sold out Sunday at the Davis Center in Fellows Riverside Gardens, Mill Creek MetroParks, 123 McKinley Ave.
Local dahlia growers provide a large variety of dahlia plants that are known for their exuberant blooms and prized for their diverse colors, shapes and sizes.
Society members will be available to assist in plant selections and answer questions regarding garden preparations and care for the dahlias.
The ready-to-plant dahlia plants will provide blooms with brilliant colors until the first frost.
