Smucker House Herb Guild hosts program Wednesday in Salem

SALEM — Smucker House Herb Guild will present a free program on fairy gardens at 7 p.m. Wednesday at 271 S. Broadway Ave.

There will be a selection of items available for personalized gardens. Refreshments will be served. Ellen Bezeredi of Rivers Bend Farm will be the featured speaker.

Rivers Bend Farm is owned and operated by Jeff and Becky Wuthrick and their family. They have a greenhouse and market that has been open for 15 years. They specialize in unusual annuals and perennials, including flowers, herbs, and vegetables. They also produce tender, lean beef and pork.
