Michelle Elizabeth Benson and Alexandros Frangopoulos, both of Austin, Texas, are engaged. Their parents are announcing their engagement.
Her parents are Linda and Scott Benson, and his parents are Dr. Michael and Rebecca Frangopoulos. All reside in Poland.
The couple are planning a 2:30 p.m. wedding Oct. 17 at Archangel Michael Greek Orthodox Church in Campbell.
A reception will follow at the Lake Club. Invitations will be issued for both events.
The bride-elect graduated from Kent State University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She is employed as a registered nurse at McLane Children’s Scott & White Hospital in Temple, Texas.
The prospective groom graduated from the University of Dayton with degrees in computer engineering and electrical engineering. He is a software engineer for Emerson Electric in Austin.
