New McDonald's restaurant in Boardman opens Thursday morning

BOARDMAN — A new McDonald’s location will open at 7 a.m. Thursday.

The new restaurant, which has features such as WiFi and a double drive-thru, replaces the nearly 40-year-old structure at 1110 Boardman-Poland Road that is adjacent to the new site.

That building has now been torn down, and Chick-fil-A soon will move to that site and construct a new restaurant.
